You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

To create a Raiser account on OpenFund:

OpenFund charges a 5% fee on the total amount raised by successful projects. This fee is automatically deducted when funds are released to project creators.
Additional blockchain transaction fees may apply, which are set by the network and not by OpenFund.
To invest in a project:
Upon successful completion, your investment will be recorded on the blockchain, and you'll receive tokens according to the project's terms.
After the funding period ends, there are 3 days investors voting on fund distribution. If more than 50% investment amount request a refund, the project is marked as 'Funding Failed' and in 1 day after that, any token holder seeking a refund can reclaim 100% of their invested funds by returning their tokens to the contract. Otherwise, the full amount is released to the fundraiser.
This mechanism reduces the risk of funding projects that fail to develop.
